Job descriptionAdvise clients on mortgage options and guide them through the loan process. Review financial documents and assess loan eligibility. Work with processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan approval. Stay current on lending products, rates, and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners. Generous commission structures Great support from processing, underwriting, and customer service teams A wide variety of loan products to offer clients Remote work flexibility and tools to support a productive workflow Ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities A team-oriented culture with a focus on success Experience in mortgage lending or as a Loan Officer Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and other residential loan programs Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Active NMLS license (required)

Job Summary : Remote Loan Officer
