Head of Data Governance

We are seeking a Head of Data Governance to lead our data strategy and oversee a high-performing Data Operations team. This is more than a management role — it’s an opportunity to shape how our organization leverages data as a strategic asset.

As the Head of Data Governance, you’ll drive initiatives that strengthen data integrity, quality, and accessibility across the enterprise. You’ll also lead AI implementation and automation projects, utilizing platforms such as Addepar, Canoe Intelligence, Enfusion, Allvue Systems, Arch, Bipsync, Wokelo, Citco, Preqin, SimCorp, or iCapital to optimize data processes and enhance efficiency.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with exceptional people management skills and a deep understanding of large-scale investment data — including experience managing over 25 years of historical data. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strategic vision, ensuring data models, analytics, and governance frameworks are accurate, scalable, and secure.
