Quality Improvement Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of Quality Improvement Associates to meet monthly audit performance metrics

Investigate and optimize productivity and performance using infrastructure tools

Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports and make recommendations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

AA / AS - Associates Degree or equivalent required

One to two years managed care experience required

One to three years supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Managed Care and Health Insurance concepts and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
