Who Were Looking For

Were hiring two types of high-performers :

  • Experienced Retail LOs ready to escape overlays, slow ops, and low comp
  • New or Newly Licensed LOs eager to learn fast, launch strong, and close deals in their first 6090 days

What Youll Do

If Youre Experienced :

  • Recruit and lead a producing team (yes, we pay overrides)
  • Coach junior LOs in weekly pipeline & skill sessions
  • Structure deals across our 60+ lender panel
  • Price like a boss, close like a pro

    • If Youre New :

  • Shadow top-producing LOs while mastering CRM, POS, and LOS
  • Contact your warm market using proven scripts
  • Join live trainings, call reviews, and file walkthroughs
  • Pull apps, price deals, and grow fast under a mentor

    What Success Looks Like

  • 30 Days : Daily lead touchpoints; 12 pre-approvals
  • 60 Days : 1020 apps in process; partner intros booked
  • 90 Days : Steady closings; new agents working with you

    • Must-Haves

  • Active NMLS license (or ready to start training immediately)
  • Entrepreneurial drive (1099 mindset required)
  • Strong communication and follow-up game
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, no-handholding environment

    • Bonus Points If You Have

  • Built or led a team before
  • Success in retail mortgage, real estate, or finance
  • Local agent / builder network you can activate quickly

    • Not for You If

  • You need a salary, draws, or hourly pay
