Care Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for helping others? We're looking for a Care Coordinator to manage and optimize caregiver schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients. Benefits / Perks

What You'll Do :

  • Create and maintain caregiver schedules
  • Match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability
  • Adjust schedules quickly to accommodate changes
  • Communicate updates to caregivers, clients, and team members
  • Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with policies
  • Support recruiting efforts and participate in on-call rotations

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience in scheduling or staffing coordination (home care experience a plus!)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in scheduling software & MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotations

    Compensation : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
