State Licensed Improvement Advisor

A company is looking for an Improvement Advisor to support organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement organization-wide strategies for improving outcomes

Analyze data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and operational efficiencies

Serve as a resource for performance improvement and patient safety communication across departments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Associate's degree with 5 years of experience may be considered

Minimum of two years experience in operational process improvement or healthcare management preferred

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred

For registered nurses, an unencumbered RN license is required

Must obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications
