Solution Advisor
The role involves sales, strategic delivery, lead relationship management, and deployment and training. The candidate should have a strong demonstrated track record of selling complex human capital solutions, expertise in working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to diagnose complex client issues. Agile experience in integrated and global solutions is preferred. The position requires collaboration and influencing skills, cross-functional experience, and the ability to facilitate, coach, and mentor teams. An executive presence with polished communication skills and flexibility with travel is necessary. An undergraduate degree is required, with an advanced degree being preferred.
