What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, prioritizing the needs of the healthcare environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential concerns.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment within the healthcare location.

Remain alert to any unusual activity or conditions that may require a response or reporting according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience providing customer service is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
