ChristianaCare is recruiting for a part time (40 hours bi-weekly) Speech Language Pathologist. Days / Hours for this position are :
- Thursday - 8 : 00 to 2 : 30
- Friday - 8 : 00 to 3 : 30
- Saturday - 8 : 00 to 3 : 30
In the position you will assess and treat adults with communication and swallowing disorders in the Center for Rehabilitation at Wilmington Hospital, our inpatient rehabilitation facility. With an emphasis on patient-family centered care, we specialize in a variety of services with a dynamic interdisciplinary / trans-disciplinary team approach.

Training / Mentorship Program for skills including but not limited to : tracheostomy / vent, Videofluoroscopy Swallowing Studies, Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing, and Videostroboscopy Studies; Career Ladder for professional advancement; Dynamic team with many having 10+ years with ChristianaCare.

This is a flat rate position, any individual hired into this position will be paid $59.00 / hour plus any applicable differentials.
This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
