Citizens Wealth Management Project Manager

The Project Manager within Citizens Wealth Management will lead strategic change initiatives for the Wealth Change Management office. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that drive transformation across Wealth Management. Primary responsibilities include :

• Project Leadership : Own the delivery of multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Planning & Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Facilitate communication with senior leaders, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
• Governance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and regulatory standards.
• Team Collaboration : Lead project teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Change Management : Drive adoption of new processes and systems through structured change management practices.

Pay Transparency : The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
