What You'll Do

The Role

Multiple Senior / Staff Engineers to build core the core products and contribute to technical architecture. This is a hands-on, 0-1 opportunity for builders who want real ownership, fast pace and meaningful impact.

Build and deliver core product features end-to-end

Architect and develop scalable backend systems (Python-focused)

Integrate AI tools into development workflows

Collaborate with product and design teams to ship rapidly

What We're Looking For

2-7 years building software products, 0-1

Deep expertise in Python

Ownership mindset with bias toward action

Background from high-growth startups or companies known for engineering excellence
