Position Mission
Deliver expert chiropractic care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, with the goal of improving patient outcomes, reducing pain, and restoring optimal function.
Position Objectives
- Provide timely, accurate, and effective diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal system disorders
- Reduce patient pain and improve physical function through evidence-based chiropractic interventions
- Actively engage patients in their recovery and educate them on long-term wellness
- Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and other specialty teams to co-manage care
- Maintain clinical excellence and remain current on best practices in chiropractic medicine
- Support the organization’s mission, values, and reputation through high-quality care and patient interactions
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of new and returning patients using orthopedic, neurological, and functional evaluationsDevelop and implement personalized chiropractic treatment plansMonitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedbackDocument patient encounters clearly and compliantly within EHR systemsEducate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support recoveryWork closely with other clinical team members to ensure coordinated and interdisciplinary careParticipate in clinic meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional developmentContribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic culture through professionalism and teamworkRepresent the Performance Ortho brand and values in both clinical and community settingsEducation and Experience
Required :
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic collegeValid New Jersey Chiropractic License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)1–3 years of clinical experience preferredPreferred :
Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary outpatient settingExposure to sports medicine, rehabilitation, or integrated pain management environmentsKey Competencies
