The facilities are well-supported with 24-hour availability of laboratory, radiology, and general surgery services, plus on-site Labor & Delivery departments.

Location : Carmel & Fishers, Indiana

Start : ASAP Through March 31, 2026, with extension options

Setting : Outpatient ED EMR : Cerner
