SwimKids Utah is looking for an energetic and friendly Customer Service / Sales Rep to help families understand our program and enroll their swimmers in the right classes. What You'll DoAs a Customer Service / Sales Rep, you'll be the friendly voice and welcoming presence of SwimKids. In this role, you will:
Help families understand their class options and enroll in the right lessons
Keep our class schedule organized and accurate
Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions and concerns
Provide a positive, helpful experience for every family
Support a fun, health-focused environment for kids and parents
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Friendly, upbeat, and creative problem-solver
Someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment

Every team member is expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and respect at all times. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination and reporting to the proper authorities.
