Job Title : Roll-Off Driver

Location : 4400 Powell Ave S Birmingham, AL 35222

Job Description :

  • Hauling solid waste (mainly tires), driving Roll-off Trucks
  • Responsible for loading, transporting, and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures.
  • Local driving position; Home every night
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Must be able to drive manual shift

Job Requirements :

  • Must have a valid Class B CDL
  • Must remain clean shaven at all times
  • Tanker Endorsement Required
  • Hazmat Endorsement preferred
  • Or ability to obtain with company reimbursement
  • No Automatic / Manual restriction
  • 1 year of recent experience with Roll-off Trucks preferred
  • Maintain equipment according to company guidelines
  • Ability to operate roll-off trucks in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
  • Maintain electronic driving logs
  • Drive safely and operate in accordance with all local, state, federal laws as relates to motor carrier safety regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean MVR

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Salary : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours : No less than 40 hours per week
