A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities :
Support senior leaders and teams, adapting to shifting priorities across Market Access projects
Manage schedules, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
Assist with document management, presentations, and onboarding for new team members
Required Qualifications :
5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited structure
Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and Veeva
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
