JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Security Architect is a pivotal role within the Information Security department and is entrusted to develop and implement robust security frameworks across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance our cybersecurity defense, ensuring compliance with regulatory compliance & industry standards, and leading initiatives to align with Cyber Security standards. The Security Architect work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Security Architecture Design :

• Develop, review, and refine security architecture for both on-premises applications and cloud-based solutions.
• Assist with defining secure reference architectures to support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend security patterns, controls, and configurations for applications, data, and infrastructure.

Risk Assessment & Threat Modeling :

Security Standards & Governance :

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

Tooling & Vendor Engagement :

Operational Security Support :

Qualifications include :

EXPERIENCE :

Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Security Architect competently.

Education : Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology or related field.

Experience : 4+ years of experience in security architecture, engineering, or related security disciplines.
