Service Project Supervisor- Lake City, Florida will partner with leadership to plan, monitor and manage customer projects in the White Springs / Lake City Florida area from initiation through completion. The supervisor will manage onsite employees, specialized vehicles / equipment, inventory, building, material. The supervisor will spend 85% in the field and 15% of their time in the Jacksonville, Florida branch.

Company vehicle will be assigned.

Core Responsibilities :

• Supervise and work with the team on field tasks.
• Project Management : Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
• Host projects kick off meetings. Responsible for aligning project execution team with project deliverables and timelines. Serves as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues to effectively execute project deliverables.
• Reviews submittal requirements and all technical requirements of project. Ensures project execution team develops submittals in accordance with project requirements and timelines. Coordinates with third party vendors to ensure submittals for buyout items are developed in accordance with specifications.
• Upon receiving approved technical submittal from customer, coordinate with the project execution team to ensure all equipment is released to the appropriate parties. Ensures intercompany purchase orders and documentation is released to have product offering placed into production.
• Ensure the procurement of all products from the appropriate parties. Works with third party vendors to acquire buyout items. Partners with procurement team to maintain project profitability by managing cost of products from third parties. Works with internal systems and colleagues to obtain Xylem products from other Xylem locations.

Day in the life : The working environment Office, outdoor field support, weather extremities, use of PPE, exposures to heat and the physical demands may include but not limited to regularly sitting, standing, lifting up to 75 lbs. This role is located in the White Springs / Lake City Florida area and may require 85% of time in the field.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
