Job Summary :

We are seeking an Investment Finance Lead ("IARL") who will report to the CFO of SGH and Ceres Life. The IARL will assist the Controller in the development and implementation of accounting policies to guide investment reporting for Ceres Life under SAP, GAAP, and IFRS standards. The IARL will also be responsible for the development of investment forecasts for Ceres Life, to support activities of the Actuarial, FP&A and Risk functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of investment products and structures, as well as accounting and finance skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain the investment accounting policies of Ceres Life, with a focus on compliance with all applicable accounting and financial guidelines and regulations.

Function as an internal technical expert on accounting standards developed by the NAIC, FASB and IASB, as well as risk-based capital standards developed by the NAIC.
