Master's degree in social work or counseling required.

Role Description
The Residential Treatment (Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program) Therapist is responsible for providing care and treatment as outlined in the client's treatment plan, to include individual, family, and group therapy services to assigned clients and family members.
This is a salaried, exempt position with an annual compensation range of $46,500-$59,400, depending on licensure status and relevant experience. Benefits include multiple medical plan options, 401(K) with agency match, and very generous holiday / PTO system.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants will possess a masters degree in social work or counseling with 2+ years of relevant clinical experience working with children / adolescents with mental health diagnoses. Preference will be given to candidates with licensure (LCSW / LMHC / LMFT) with direct residential experience.
