Production Associate – Contract to Hire | Yarmouth, Maine - START TONIGHT!!!

What You’ll Do

Operate basic production machinery with safety and precision.
Package and palletize plastic products for shipment.
Inspect products to ensure top-notch quality.
Keep your workspace clean and organized.
Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals.

What You Bring

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Prior experience in manufacturing or production (preferred).

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.

Physical ability to lift and move items weighing 35+ lbs.

Comfort working with machines and packaging equipment.

Bonus Skills

3rd Shift : 11 PM – 7 AM

Work Environment

Energetic production floor with teams of 8 per shift.

Ear protection provided due to noise levels.

Hairnets and beardnets available as needed.

Safety-first culture with training and support.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
