Job Title : Senior Experience Designer / UX Designer
Location : Newark, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days / week onsite)

About the Role
Client is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to craft intuitive, accessible, and elegant digital experiences for company website. This role is ideal for a well-rounded designer who excels in execution and collaboration, bringing exceptional visual craft and problem-solving skills. You will own experiences end-to-end on a key customer-facing platform, with significant visibility and opportunity to shape both strategy and design implementation.
What You'll Do
- Own experiences end-to-end, shaping vision, goals, and visual execution in partnership with product and development teams
- Help define problems and product strategy through discovery, competitive analysis, workshops, insights synthesis, and design direction
- Produce high-quality deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished final designs for handoff to development
- Apply human-centered design principles to solve customer problems with clarity and empathy
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively present and defend design decisions
- Contribute to and help evolve the design system and shared patterns
About You
You're a thoughtful and detail-oriented designer who enjoys solving complex problems through elegant design. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, work autonomously with minimal supervision, and care deeply about design craft and its impact on users.Qualifications
4+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Interaction DesignStrong portfolio showcasing responsive web and / or mobile design work with emphasis on full-scale marketing or web designEnterprise experience and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environmentsExcellent presentation, relationship building, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with or at agencies preferredProficiency in Figma, AEM / CMS experience is a plus but not requiredStrong attention to detail, particularly with design systems and visual craftSolid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive designExperience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
