THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a "California State Certified Electrician."
Must have a minimum of six (6) years in the industrial electrical trade.
Knowledge of the practical application of industrial electrical construction.
Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal). Professional appearance.
Clean DMV record.

PRODUCTION

This is a working Foreman Position (HANDS-ON).

On-time (arriving on-site before your employees).

Ensure that jobs are completed on budget.

Ensure that jobs are completed on time.

Ensure that direct reports are on task.

Hire / fire employees at the direction of the supervisor.

Coordinate ordering and delivery of Jobsite materials.

Work with and around other trades.
