As the Hospice Director of Nursing , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospice nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and team development. This salaried, full-time position plays a key role in shaping our culture of excellence, compassion, and patient-centered care.

Schedule : Monday through Friday

Location : Kansas City, MO

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to the hospice nursing and clinical teams
• Oversee clinical practices, ensure adherence to hospice policies, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and monitor patient care plans
• Support and mentor staff to promote professional growth and consistent care standards
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison with physicians, families, and referral partners
• Participate in QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) initiatives
