If so, Bache MMM Batteries LLC is looking for YOU ! Our brand-new store is opening in December / January, and we're seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team in Columbus, GA from the ground up as a part-time Retail Store Associate .

As our part-time Retail Store Associate, you'll hit the ground running with daily duties such as :

• Providing exceptional customer service, greeting customers, answering questions, and suggesting add-on items
• Participating in retail and commercial sales to achieve store goals
• Performing technical tasks : battery installation, cell phone and tablet repair, key cutting, and battery pack rebuilds
• Assisting with inventory, merchandising, and maintaining store operations
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and safe; assisting with deliveries and store opening / closing procedures

You'll help customers solve battery, bulb, and tech-related challenges while learning valuable technical skills that set you apart. From repairing devices and installing batteries to providing total solutions for our clients, this is more than a part-time job-it's a chance to grow your skills, contribute to a brand-new store, and be part of a team that values your talents.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months prior work experience preferred (or equivalent combination)
• Technical aptitude with the ability to handle small tools and parts
• Strong listening, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to calculate basic math and read gauges
• Valid driver's license preferred with a clean record
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and more occasionally
