Shift : Monday - Thursday, 4 : 00 PM - 2 : 30 AM
Once trained, overtime on Friday is optional!

A local company in Tualatin is seeking a skilled MIG / TIG Welder to join their team. This position will primarily focus on fabricating custom HVAC systems for industrial applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in multiple welding techniques to weld, repair, and join metal components while maintaining shop quality standards.
The Welder will be responsible for producing high-quality work efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. You will operate a variety of welding and fabrication equipment to assemble mechanical structures or components with precision, contributing to the strength and reliability of industrial infrastructure.
This role plays a key part in supporting both incoming and outgoing client projects. Our welding team works independently, taking ownership of safety reporting and documentation while providing valuable input and recommendations for design improvements.
