Subcontract Analyst

We are looking for a Subcontract Analyst with a background in subcontract solicitation, analysis, creation, negotiation, award, and post award responsibilities to join our team in Cambridge, MA or Reston, VA. This is a hybrid role. Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Perform subcontract management functions in support of U.S. Government and Commercial Contracts
• Solicite subcontractors, supporting various award types and take a lead role on fact finding, proposal analysis, and risk assessment with guidance from peers
• Manage tactical and strategic aspects of subcontract relationship, which includes interface with technical and contract organizations, such as Program Management, Program Office, and Contracts.
• Issue modifications, solicit Engineering Change Proposals, and issue Stop Work Orders.
• Be the focal point for subcontractor performance. Includes : RFP generation, delivery, payments and all contractual terms; Purchase order Placement and maintenance; Subcontract performance monitoring and completion assessments.
• Ability to develop sound business cases, and analyze data.
• Communicate clearly, strong writing skills, be proactive in a very fast paced environment, flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility yet be thorough, and drive tasks to completion.
