Role Overview :
As the Jacques Marie Mage Optometrist, reporting to the Gallery Director, you are ABOC, you are a reflection of the brand at the highest level of direct client engagement. The objective is to transcend the ordinary and invite clients into the distinctive and curated realm of Jacques Marie Mage. As the Optometrist, you embody expertise and confidence, guiding client interactions with a clear intention to address their medical needs effectively. Through a thoughtfully crafted client experience and compelling storytelling, you will leave each visitor in awe, ensuring they remember not just our products but the exceptional way we made them feel. With a dedicated point of contact, every client should depart with a profound sense of trust and anticipation, eager to return.

Fulfill, process, and communicate all orders to the external lab and ensure we deliver on lead timesPerform eye exams with the ability to write optical prescriptions when neededExecute flawless accuracy in taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewearEnsure best in class optical service and experienceAssist clients in choosing the best frames and lenses based on their prescription needsAbility to accurately assess and adjust all repairs for JMM framesTEAM DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING
Consistently provide optical elevation, training, and support for Gallery teamEnsure optical sales and benchmarks are metCLIENT EXPERIENCE
