What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to residents while ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently during your shift.
• Closely observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Communicate promptly with physicians, families, and your care team.
• Mentor and guide CNA staff to uphold our high standards of resident care.
• Participate actively in staff meetings and adhere to all Care & Rehab policies.
