Job descriptionMonday-Friday 7 : 30AM-4 : 30PM Starting wage : $24.00-28.00 per hour, based on experience Ensure billing and receivables are correctly processed in a timely manner Address and correct discrepancies in accounts or billings Assist with analysis of data and reports Refer overdue accounts to collections Facilitate meetings to communication information and guidance from leadership, review policies, procedures, and best practices Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive Assists with hire, train, discipline, and onboard new staff Perform other related duties as assigned Excellent management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to influence, develop and maintain good working relationships across a variety of functional areas and customers Strong organizational and project management skills, including meeting deadlines and achieving results Proficient with computer-based management systems and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software At least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred Previous leadership experience preferred 5+ years experience in related field preferred Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone Must be able to list up to 15 pounds at times Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) Plan, Quarterly Bonuses, and more.

The corporate headquarters and main sort facility is located in St. Cloud, MN. We currently employ over 1,800 employees company wide and over the years have expanded throughout the Midwest.

The Accounts Receivable Lead will help with overseeing the day-to-day duties of the department.
