Job description
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups
Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits
Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy
Required Qualifications
Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
Quiet, distraction-free home office setup with high-speed wired internet
