We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Executive to join our in-office team in Livermore, CA. If you're an excellent communicator with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a meaningful career, we want to hear from you.

Whether you're already licensed or looking to get licensed, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed including help obtaining your California Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within your first 45 days.

Responsibilities

Build strong, lasting relationships with new clients

Educate and recommend insurance solutions for individuals and businesses

Generate and follow up on leads and calls

Provide quotes, explain coverage, and process applications

Help clients protect what matters most while achieving your own financial goals

Requirements

Licensed in CA for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance

OR willing to obtain within 45 days of hire (licensing support available)

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong drive and a willingness to learn

Must work on-site in our Livermore, CA office (this is not a remote position)

Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required

Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus
