Job Description :

Qualifications Technical Competencies :

Scripting & Automation :

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Groovy, Python , and experience with API usage and tools like Postman for query testing.

Atlassian Expertise :

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products in a large enterprise environment.
Deep knowledge of Jira Software , with the ability to customize complex projects , automate workflows using JQL , scripting , and built-in automation tools.
Extensive record of Atlassian customization across at least 8 years as a Systems Engineer or 10+ years as a Systems Administrator .

Okta Administration :

2-4 years of experience managing Okta , including developing automation through APIs and tools like Okta Workflows or similar platforms.

API Integration & Automation :

Demonstrated success in leveraging APIs and services to automate tasks across platforms.

Strong scripting skills (Groovy or Python) for integration and system automation.

Soft Skills :

Self-Starter : Proactive and independent with a proven ability to deliver results without close supervision-consistently exceeds expectations.

Problem Solver : Strong troubleshooting abilities; digs into root causes and resolves issues effectively, even in ambiguous or unfamiliar situations.

Resourceful Learner : Confident in navigating new challenges-knows how to research and self-educate when needed.

Prioritization & Multitasking : Skilled at managing competing priorities; able to triage and tackle the most critical tasks efficiently.
