Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with 2+ years experience and ARRT certification for an evening shift acute care assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Position is based in an acute care hospital radiology department
  • Trauma Level 3 setting
  • Work schedule consists of four 8-hour swing shifts, Monday through Thursday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM
  • Candidates must be flexible and willing to work shifts as needed by the facility
  • EpicCare Inpatient EMR is used in this department
  • Responsibilities include performing routine and advanced radiographic procedures in inpatient, OR, and trauma settings
  • Assignment is for 13 weeks
  • Evening shift coverage is required
  • Housing options are limited for candidates with pets, so advance arrangements should be planned

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years Radiology Technologist experience required
  • Current Oregon RT License required
  • ARRT certification and BLS required
  • Proficiency with routine diagnostic procedures including fluoroscopic, operating room, trauma, portable radiographs and limited specialty studies such as myelograms and venograms
  • Experience in trauma settings required
  • Epic EMR experience preferred
  • License required if applicable
