Job descriptionProvide comprehensive primary care services in outpatient clinic settings in Marfa,TX. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through both in-person visits and telehealth. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions for diverse patient populations. Conduct preventive care, health education, and wellness initiatives. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and coordination of care. Utilize electronic medical record systems for documentation and care planning. Maintain a strong focus on accessibility, affordability, and positive patient outcomes. Engage with the local community to strengthen trust and improve care delivery. Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain licensure). Minimum of one year of experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred. Strong clinical skills in managing acute and chronic conditions across diverse patient groups. Comfort working in a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth care. Passion for serving rural and underserved populations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
