Business Process Consultant - Expert (2 FTE)

Capabilities
- Develop and collate content for executive-level briefings, dashboards, and other strategic communications, including Customer Principles' talking points and scene setters.
- Analyze and improve business and governance processes, identifying opportunities for streamlining and optimization.
- Serve as Chief of Staff representative to internal action teams and may represent work unit at meetings, events, forums, and in Intelligence Community (IC) working groups, as directed by the Sponsor.
- Collect weekly highlights from departments, edit for consistency and clarity, and obtain with Customer Principles' approval for release.
- Collaborate with departments to draft internal communication on office initiatives, highlights, and other office-wide communications.
- Plan, schedule, organize, and execute meetings, conferences and off-sites; may participate in meetings and events as a recorder or working group member; may brief or present administrative support related information.
