Shift : Sunday–Thursday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Some on-call required

Location : St. Albans, Vermont

Billing String : St. Albans

Guaranteed Hours : 37 / week

Contract Length : 13 weeks (91 days)

Position Urgency : Normal

IV therapy, wound VAC, complex wound care, infection control

Qualifications Required :

Qualifications Required : \n\nActive Vermont RN License (in good standing)\n\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with OASIS documentation\n\nExperience in home health nursing, case management, and patient education\n\nUp-to-date knowledge of state and federal home health regulations\n\nAbility to work independently and manage a caseload
