RESPONSIBILITIES

You normally work 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday with some evenings and weekends to meet clients' needs.

As an In-Home Residential HVAC Sales Rep, you're vital to our company's continued growth and future success. You're responsible for developing new professional relationships and maintaining bonds with existing customers, expanding our clientele and bringing more jobs to our books. Motivated to smash goals and exceed growth targets, your success in the field directly impacts our company and gets you closer to earning six figures.

Your responsibilities include analyzing customer HVAC systems and providing tailored proposals for their unique needs. You build rapport with clients, provide technical information, and promote our Comfort Club maintenance program. Taking the lead in our sales process, you respond to client objections and follow up with existing bids to convert leads into satisfied customers. You also follow up after a sale to ensure all agreements are fulfilled and the client is happy with our services. Supporting corporate efforts, you also participate in various activities like trade shows and referral groups.
