Freight : Dry and refrigerated grocery freight to Walmart store locations (VA, NC, MD, PA, WV)

Freight Handling : 100% no-touch, live unload

Miles : Average 1600–1700 miles per week

Routes : Typically 2 routes per day, 11–14 hour shifts

Shifts : Start times between 12 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM (weekends required)

Schedule : 5 days on, 2 days off with consistent 48-hour reset (same 2 days off each week)

Training : 1 day on-site training ($125) + 3–4 ride-alongs ($50 each)

Home Time : Home daily

Equipment : Slip-seat operation in newer model day cabs
