Key Responsibilities

(Billing Specialist) :

Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on goods sold or services rendered

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

Resolve billing errors and disputes in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer billing records

Coordinate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy

Process credit memos, refunds, and adjustments as needed

Reconcile billing accounts and assist with month-end closing

Generate financial reports related to billing and collections

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Qualifications

(Billing Specialist) :

Proven experience as a Billing Specialist, Billing Clerk, or similar role

Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
