Job Description
The Construction Project Manager - Mechanical Construction will be responsible for : \n
\n
\n
Supervising and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI's for approval\n
Oversee maintenance of contract documents for field operations\n
Oversee project activities under the supervision from a project manager\n
Attend project meetings onsite and in the office\n
Oversee with project close-out documentation\n
Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers\n
Provide in-person support at job sites as required\n
Manage client relationships\n
Manage support staff\n \n

The ideal Construction Project Manager - Mechanical Construction will have : \n
\n
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related preferred\n
5-10+ years of total experience\n
5+ years running projects as a Lead Project Manager\n
Experience managing Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection and / or Plumbing\n
Project experience within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Academic and / or Commercial markets\n
Proven track record\n \n
