Your Role :

  • Clinical Excellence : Manage behaviors using individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collect data to track progress.
  • Family Engagement : Work closely with families, providing daily feedback and coaching during sessions.
  • Community Integration : Deliver services in various community settings, fostering social interactions and independence.

    • Administrative Duties :

  • Efficient Communication : Respond to emails and messages within 24 hours.
  • Detailed Documentation : Convert completed sessions daily, obtain parent signatures, and write thorough session notes.
  • Team Collaboration : Attend staff meetings and mandatory training sessions, addressing any issues that arise.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : 1 year preferred but not required.
  • Availability : Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 8 PM
  • Certifications : Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification required.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork abilities.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Active Participation : Ability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, and engage in physical activities with clients.
  • Physical Support : Assist clients with activities, including carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
