. This full-time on-site position is located in Ilwaco and presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children and their families within our community.

As a Nurse Practitioner in Pediatrics you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to pediatric patients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and managing various health conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Your expertise will help shape the future of pediatric healthcare in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions

Develop and implement patient care plans

Provide education and counseling to patients and their families

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals

Perform routine examinations and health screenings

Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Stay updated on pediatric healthcare practices and advancements

Requirements

Associate degree in Nursing or a related field

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington

Experience in pediatric care preferred

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Commitment to providing compassionate patient care

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards

Schedule : 4x 10-hour shifts per week

No call requirement

30 minutes per new patient 15 minutes per follow-up

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
