Location : Humboldt County, California Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Schedule : Scheduled Clinic Hours Setting : Hospital / Inpatient EMR : Epic Requirements :

• Active, unrestricted CA License
• Board Certified or Truly Eligible
• Clean DEA / Malpractice / NPDB (no current or unresolved suits / cases, no large payouts in previous 7 years)
• Certifications : ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Admissions

Rate : $190 / hr, Overtime $247 / hr, Holidays $247 / hr, Nightly Call $295 / night, 24 Hour Call $1500 / day, Call-back : $290 / hour after 3 gratis hrs Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
