Description of the role :

The automotive refinish technician is responsible for performing automotive refinishing and painting work on vehicles brought into the Town & County Auto Body Collision Center. This includes preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish on repaired vehicles.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming - Mix paint colors to match vehicle specifications - Apply paint using spray guns and other painting equipment - Ensure proper drying and curing of paint finishes - Inspect finished paint work for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs - Clean and maintain painting equipment and work area
