At Love's, our Casino Manager is responsible for the overall operations, staffing, and performance of a small on-site casino. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and engaging customer experience while managing staff, inventory, gaming systems, and facility standards. The Casino Manager also leads the team in delivering excellent customer service and maintains compliance with all gaming and alcohol regulations.

Job Functions

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the casino, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming and liquor laws, company policies, and security procedures.
• Lead and develop casino staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor customer service standards and resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Manage cash handling procedures, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Maintain facility appearance, merchandising, and equipment in accordance with company standards.
