ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Responsible for inventory and the seeding process for the Living Organic Herbs and Microgreens products
- Rotates with another Machine Operator to ensure the Company’s goals are met
- Maintains a clean work environment
- Assist other departments as needed, when acting as the secondary Operator
- Responsible for seed application rate and product quality, when acting as the primary Operator
- Calibrates, cleans, operates all parts of the machinery to run the seeding line
- Follows instructions; verbal & written to stay on production schedule
- Adheres to all Company’s process and policies
- Other tasks might be assigned per management
