What you’ll do

Guide clients to the perfect Caribbean all-inclusive resorts, rooms, and packages.

Build quotes, secure bookings, and manage reservations end-to-end.

Answer questions about resort amenities, dining, transfers, and excursions.

Provide clear, timely communication and follow up to ensure great guest experiences.

Keep booking records and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.

What we’re looking for

Friendly, professional communicator with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet.

Sales-minded and service-oriented — you enjoy helping people plan memorable trips.

No prior travel industry experience required — we provide training.

Bilingual is a plus but not required.
