Job description5+ years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management At least 3 years in a General Manager role Experience leading teams of 20+ in a structured, system-driven concept Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire in a supportive, caring way Comfortable in both front and back-of-house – from scheduling and inventory to service and standards Strong knowledge of COGs, labor metrics, and operations (food cost %, labor %, etc.) Tech-savvy : familiar with scheduling platforms & Microsoft Office Grit, resilience, and a positive, solutions-first mindset Have kitchen experience – or the drive to learn it! Can speak to managing $40k+ per week in sales Thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment with structure and standards Love food, people, and building a great place to work

GENERAL MANAGER – LEAD WITH PURPOSE, SERVE WITH PASSION
Location : Glendale, CA (Onsite)
Schedule : Full-Time, Flexible (Nights, Weekends, Holidays)
Pay Range : $83,200 – $100,000 / year (Based on Experience)
