Under general supervision of the City Engineer, this position is responsible for coordinating the implementation of City infrastructure and building projects from scope development through construction. The role also supports the coordination of larger capital improvement projects managed by Project Managers. This is accomplished by collaborating with City departments and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scopes of work.

Work environment includes both : office setting for administrative tasks and communication; and construction sites, where the employee may be exposed to varying weather conditions and heavy construction equipment.
